Delivered stand-alone or in conjunction with Blueprint Education and Training Services, Blueprint Consulting Services are focused on tailoring Requirements Center to meet the needs of departments and project teams, and driving adoption of Requirements Center into their processes and application lifecycle. Using Blueprint Consulting Services expertise ensures appropriate focus on efficient Requirements Center utilization and best practices and provides sustained post-training hands-on involvement to mitigate project risk and maximize adoption.

As opposed to the "Ready, Fire, Aim" approach other vendors take to software tools deployment, Blueprint takes a structured approach based on the needs of the customer. Each customer implementation begins with a Discovery Service which is designed to help understand the customer's high-level business goals, project goals, current Requirements Definition process, and tooling environment. The output of the Discovery Session is a Blueprint Implementation Plan that is customized for each customer. The Implementation Plan includes recommendations for training, installation, mentoring and other consulting services that will drive success.
