Each customer implementation begins with a Discovery Service which is designed to help understand the customer's high-level business goals, project goals, current Requirements Definition process, and tooling environment. The output of the Discovery Session is a Blueprint Implementation Plan that is customized for each customer. The Implementation Plan includes recommendations for training, installation, mentoring and other consulting services that will drive success.
